Hello, and thanks for stopping by. SEDZ is a small, family-run business based in Hertfordshire, started by me, Tom Seddon. I'm an ultrarunner and Ironman athlete, and like a lot of runners I spent years putting up with blisters and sore feet after long races.
I tried almost every running sock I could find, but none gave me the right balance of cushioning, support and breathability. So I set out to create one that did, and spent a long time testing and refining the design until it felt right on both road and trail.
The result is The Runner's Sock, made in the UK and designed to keep your feet comfortable from the first mile to the last. We're a small team, we read every message ourselves, and we're always happy to help, whether you're training for your first 5k or your next ultra.
