Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your SEDZ order. If you change your mind, you can return your socks within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, clean and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn, washed or used, unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at info@sedz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


12-Month Hole Guarantee

Every pair of SEDZ socks is covered by our 12-Month Hole Guarantee.

If your SEDZ socks develop a hole within 12 months of purchase under normal intended use, you may request a replacement pair.

To make a claim under this guarantee:

(a) Contact SEDZ by email at info@sedz.co.uk
(b) Provide your proof of purchase and a clear photo showing the fault
(c) If requested, return the faulty product for inspection

Once approved, SEDZ will replace the affected pair free of charge.

This guarantee applies to manufacturing faults and holes occurring under normal intended use. It does not cover:

  • deliberate damage
  • misuse
  • accidental damage
  • excessive wear caused by improper care
  • normal cosmetic wear over time

The 12-Month Hole Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
