Where we deliver
We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

Delivery times
Every order is sent by tracked Amazon Expedited delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, and Expedited delivery usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 2–3 working days of ordering. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands can take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Tracking
All orders are tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within one working day of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email info@sedz.co.uk with your order number. Please report any damage within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
Address errors and failed deliveries
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected, we'll contact you and can resend it for a £3.49 delivery charge, or refund the items.
